Banijay Entertainment will represent new format 'The Million Dollar Idea', launching on Sat.1 Germany and Joyn in 2026/27. Cameras follow a successful entrepreneur who develops some of the pitched business ideas into finished, market-ready products, with a 50:50 profit split with the original idea creators. Competing broadcaster Vox enjoys success with Sony's investor format 'Shark Tank', which has been on air since 2014.

Quiz show format 'Switch' from Lineup Industries is getting its first Latin American version on Brazil's SBT. Contestants standing behind numbers 1-5 answer trivia questions and switch positions if they answer correctly. Those furthest back are eliminated, while the "number 1" contestant advances to the final round.

Apple TV orders documentary dating experiment 'The Last Person on Earth'. Couples who appear to be opposites are paired by a team of matchmakers and therapists, then embark on an adventure in a remote romantic destination to see whether it can lead to a life-changing relationship.
